Company Overview
At Arrowhead Environmental, we combine expert technical and operations knowledge with a large network of field service technicians. Our field staff includes trained service technicians with experience in maintaining and operating our own systems as well as our client's equipment. We provide prompt, courteous service to help our clients manage their water treatment systems with minimum downtown and minimal costs.
Certification and Training
Arrowhead Environmental maintains a formal training and certification program for all field technicians. The training consists of institutional education, comprehensive field testing and live field shadowing programs. Our technicians take pride in system and maintenance procedures for industrial, municipal and institutional applications. Our people understand the unique differences and operating challenges associated with each of these applications. Our training and certification programs ensure that the field technician arriving on-site is well qualified and proficient in servicing the systems at our client's site. .

For 35 years in the water treatment industry Alan Charbonneau has been leading by example. He was Vice President of World Resources and General Manager of LES. Mr. Charbonneau's hard work and dedication helped these companies build their brands amongst the people through honesty, efficiency, integrity, loyalty, results and low cost. He has always been known to get the job done and done well. From humble beginnings he managed to grow Arrowhead Environmental into a leader amoungst it's peers through delivering consistent quality at a fair price.
Mitch Silva
Maintenance Engineer
Mitch perfected his craft while working as an elite technician with NASA for over 25 years amongst some of the greatest minds in the U.S. Mr. Silva oversees or is involved in all aspects of the mechanical servicing and helps articulate the optimum cost reduced game plan for job. You will not find a more dedicated employee int he field. His work speaks for itself.
Tony Baccellia
Vice President - Project Manager
Tony has been working in the water treatment industry for over 10 years while applying a hard earned education in the field. His experience is very balanced in all the following divisions of water treatment, Cooling Towers and Boilers. He leads his team by example with a calculated hands on approach that delivers consistent results.
